Custom Design Software

ThePokerDepot.com uses proprietary online customization and design software to make creating your custom poker chips, custom playing cards, and other personalized products easy and convenient. All templates, designs, artwork, and other materials provided through our customization platform are copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, or used outside of ThePokerDepot.com without prior written consent.

Customers have a wide range of options for customizing text, logos, images, colors, and other design elements. Because computer and mobile screens vary in quality, brightness, and color calibration, the colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product.

We use multiple pre-production and quality-control steps to help ensure accurate, high-quality printing. However, if exact color matching, placement, alignment, or another design element is critical to your custom poker chips or playing cards, please contact us before production to discuss available proofing or sample options.

Ordering

Placing your order directly through ThePokerDepot.com is generally the fastest and most reliable way to submit your order and customization information.

Our customer service team is available to assist with questions regarding custom poker chips, custom playing cards, artwork, customization, quantities, production, packaging, or shipping. If you prefer assistance placing an order, please contact our team.

Any requested changes to an order should be communicated as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

For custom products, including custom poker chips and custom playing cards, changes requested after production has started or after products have already been manufactured may require the affected products to be reproduced at the customer's expense.

For stock products that have already shipped, customers may be responsible for return shipping as well as shipping charges associated with replacement products when the change is requested by the customer.

Order Tampering & Minimum Quantity Policy

ThePokerDepot.com is a supplier of customized poker chips, playing cards, poker sets, and related products. Certain products are subject to minimum order quantities, which will be displayed on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.

Minimum quantities may vary by product. Custom poker chips, custom playing cards, custom packaging, and other personalized products may each have different minimum order requirements.

Customers may not manipulate shopping cart quantities, product configurations, bundles, or line items for the purpose of circumventing an established minimum order requirement.

For example, if a custom poker chip product or set requires a minimum of 100 chips, removing individual quantities or components from the cart in an attempt to purchase fewer than the required minimum may be considered order tampering.

Likewise, custom playing card orders must meet the minimum deck quantity specified for the applicable product or printing option.

Orders submitted below the applicable minimum quantity may be canceled and refunded.

ThePokerDepot.com reserves the right to restrict or refuse future orders from accounts that repeatedly attempt to circumvent minimum order quantities or other ordering policies.

Custom Artwork & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom artwork and proofs carefully before approving an order for production.

This includes, but is not limited to, custom poker chip artwork, playing card fronts and backs, custom tuck boxes, packaging, text, logos, colors, spelling, numbers, denominations, images, and other personalized design elements.

Once a digital proof or design has been approved by the customer, ThePokerDepot.com will produce the order based on the approved artwork. Customers are responsible for identifying any errors or requested changes before approval.

ThePokerDepot.com is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, incorrect denominations, artwork placement, or other elements that appeared on the approved proof.

Changes requested after artwork approval or after production has begun may result in additional artwork, setup, production, or replacement charges.

Due to manufacturing and printing processes, minor variations in color, alignment, cutting, placement, sizing, or finish may occur between digital proofs, individual products, and separate production runs.

Artwork & QR Codes

To help improve QR-code functionality, our design or production team may make minor adjustments to QR codes submitted as part of customer artwork. Adjustments may include resizing, repositioning, increasing contrast, or making other modifications intended to improve scanning performance.

This policy applies to QR codes printed on custom poker chips, custom playing cards, packaging, tuck boxes, or other customized products.

If you require your QR code or other artwork to remain exactly as submitted, please specify this when placing your order or contact us with your order number before approving your artwork.

While we make reasonable efforts to optimize QR codes when applicable, we cannot guarantee that every QR code will scan successfully on every device, application, material, finish, or under every lighting condition.

Custom Playing Cards

Custom playing cards are manufactured according to the artwork, card stock, finish, packaging, quantity, and customization options selected or approved by the customer.

Digital representations of playing cards and packaging are intended to provide a reasonable preview of the finished product. Colors displayed on a screen may differ from printed colors due to monitor settings, printing processes, card stock, coatings, finishes, and other production variables.

Minor variations in cutting, centering, alignment, color, finish, and packaging may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all playing card artwork before production, including card faces, card backs, jokers, promotional cards, tuck boxes, and other customized components.

If artwork includes borders or design elements positioned close to a card's cut line, minor cutting variations may cause those elements to appear slightly uneven. Customers should follow the provided artwork templates, bleed requirements, and safe zones whenever applicable.

Custom playing cards and custom playing card packaging are personalized products and are therefore not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once production has begun, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or production error by ThePokerDepot.com.

RUSH Orders

Expedited production and RUSH services may be available for select products, including certain custom poker chips and custom playing card orders.

When selecting RUSH production, customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping method based on their required delivery date. Expedited production does not necessarily mean expedited shipping unless an expedited shipping service is also selected.

If a RUSH service includes a guaranteed delivery date and ThePokerDepot.com does not meet that commitment due to a production-related delay within our control, the applicable RUSH service fee may be refunded. Shipping delays or other circumstances outside of our control may be subject to the carrier's policies and are not considered production delays.

If your custom poker chips, playing cards, or other products are required for an event or firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so our team can help determine the appropriate production and shipping options.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Orders are not considered fully accepted until payment has been received and the order has been reviewed and approved for production when applicable.

An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that our system has received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, payment must be received before an order is produced or shipped.

Prices are subject to change without notice. ThePokerDepot.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors, website errors, promotional errors, or shopping cart calculation errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you before proceeding.

Promotional offers, coupons, and discount codes are subject to the terms associated with the specific promotion, including applicable minimum purchases, maximum quantities, eligible products, and expiration dates.

Promotions advertised specifically for custom poker chips may not apply to custom playing cards, and promotions advertised for custom playing cards may not apply to poker chips or other products unless specifically stated.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.

ThePokerDepot.com reserves the right to validate promotional offers and reject or correct discounts that are expired, invalid, incorrectly applied, or used in violation of the applicable promotion terms.

If an incorrect discount is applied to an order, we may contact you to resolve the issue before the order is accepted for production.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping method that best meets their needs when placing an order.

ThePokerDepot.com works with third-party shipping carriers, including UPS and USPS, to deliver customer orders. Shipping rates may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, destination, and service level selected.

ThePokerDepot.com and its associated companies are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery disruptions caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that provides additional time before your actual event or required date whenever possible.

When necessary to help meet a customer-requested delivery date, ThePokerDepot.com may recommend or modify the shipping method associated with an order. Additional shipping charges may apply. When reasonably possible, we will contact the customer for approval before applying additional charges.

Delivery estimates provided by ThePokerDepot.com are based on information available at the time of ordering and are subject to production requirements and carrier performance.

International Orders, Duties & Tariffs

Shipping charges paid at checkout generally cover transportation through the selected shipping carrier and do not necessarily include import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

For orders delivered outside the United States, local governments or customs authorities may assess additional charges upon import or delivery.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of ThePokerDepot.com. Shipping carriers may collect these charges on behalf of the applicable customs or government agency.

Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, all import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs charges, and similar fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers with questions regarding potential import charges should contact their local customs authority or the applicable shipping carrier before placing an order.

Returns & Replacements

Custom-made and personalized products, including custom poker chips, custom playing cards, custom poker sets, custom packaging, and other personalized merchandise, are not eligible for return or refund unless they contain a verified manufacturing defect or ThePokerDepot.com made an error in producing the approved order.

Because customized products are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot generally be resold, all custom product sales are considered final once production begins.

Eligible stock, non-customized products may be returned within 45 business days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unless the return is the result of an error by ThePokerDepot.com or a verified manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a custom or stock product contains a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, ThePokerDepot.com may repair, replace, reproduce, or otherwise resolve the affected product at its discretion.

Minor variations that fall within normal printing or manufacturing tolerances, including slight differences in color, cutting, alignment, positioning, or finish, are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

Returns should not be sent without prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Custom orders, including custom poker chips, custom playing cards, custom packaging, and other personalized products, may only be canceled if production has not yet begun.

Because custom-made products are manufactured specifically for an individual customer and cannot generally be transferred or resold, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Approved cancellations made before production begins may be subject to a 25% cancellation or restocking fee to cover artwork, setup, administrative, payment processing, and other costs already incurred.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Account Information

Customers with a registered ThePokerDepot.com account can access account information through the My Account section of the website.

Depending on the features available on your account, you may be able to review or update billing and shipping addresses, recent orders, saved customization information, account details, and other associated information.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.

Policy Updates

ThePokerDepot.com reserves the right to modify these terms, policies, product requirements, pricing, minimum quantities, and other conditions at any time.

Changes will become effective when posted on ThePokerDepot.com unless otherwise stated. We encourage customers to review these terms before placing an order.
