Returns & Replacements

Returns are not authorized for custom made products.  Stock products maybe returned within 45 business days for any reason with the cost of shipping being the responsibility of the customer plus a 15% restocking charge.  If a product has a manufacturing defect, both custom and stock products will be replaced at ThePokerDepot.com’s expense.  Please “contact us” to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) and return shipping label (if required).
