Yes, we do! We offer options for both rush production as well rush shipping. Rush service is available when you order 300 chips or more. Overnight shipping is available for any chip count once the order has been processed. Simply select overnight priority when you place your order.

Yes. You can select "Sample Pack" for any Poker Chip. Please note they do not have customization. Sample Pack contains random samples for evaluation only.

Yes! The more chips you order, the cheaper it is for you!

Yes, we have many standard options available, but we can also customize your project 100%, including both the cards and boxes! (Our playing card decks are a 56 count)

For Poker Chips, you must use the same Poker Chip for every 100 ordered since that is the minimum order. Your designs however can be limitless. We print in full color for NO additional charge. For more information, please email at sales@thepokerdepot.com

Clay poker chips are available in standard circular 1.5" poker chip size. Ceramic poker chips are available in Ovals, Pentagons, Octagons, Dog Tags, Rounded Rectangles, and 1.5”, 1.75", 2” and 2.5” Circles.

Returns are not authorized for custom made products. If you feel there has been a mistake or error with your order, please reach out us ASAP at sales@thepokerdepot.com so that we can correct any issues.

Yes, you can cancel your order and get refunded, but ONLY if your order has not been made. Once the order has been made we can no longer offer a refund or cancel your order.

Yes! With our FREE tool, you have the flexibility to change the quantity, style, and color among other options by selecting the corresponding drop-down.

If you would like to customize the design more than the Product page allows, click "Customize More" to use our Design Tool that gives full editing capability over all of the design elements within the template.

Tips for using the advanced Design Online Tool:

-Check if the object you are trying to edit is locked. Once selected, press the “Unlock” button on the right hand side.
-Check if the object is behind one or more other objects, this can make it difficult to select the bottom object(s).
-The best way to change the background color or texture is to select the “Background” button on the left hand side (note this will generally not overwrite assigned image layers such as "Your Logo").
-Do not copy/paste text objects to create duplicates, this can cause display errors.
-To create curved text: Create a regular text object and align it to center (alignment tool is below the font size), then select "Curved Text" to create a Text Path. You can now change the Radius of the Curved Text Path, or reverse the Arc by selecting "Reverse Arc".

We have several templates that you can change the text field and photo. This is done from the right-hand size of the respective product page.
To customize the design further click on "Customize More" which will allow you to adjust, add, or remove design elements for that template.
Be sure to make changes to both the front and back sidesas well as the edge of the poker chip if applicable. (Custom edge printing is available on ceramic poker chips. but not on clay poker chips).

If you like a template on the website, but want us to modify it for you project, click on the corresponding product to open the product page. Choose a Quantity, then check the box for "Professional Design" under "Design Options".

The total printable (with diameter) area for Clay Poker Chips with 8-Stripe or Solid Edge predetermined borders is 1.3091 inches. Please keep any test or important graphics within the center 1.2164 inch diameter safety area.
If you have purchased a Professional Design Package, the Poker Chips design team will ensure your artwork meets the required dimensions for you prroduct - but you may be asked to provide different file formats, output resolutions, or other items.
